Das Haus ist alt aber hat Charme und ist großzügig. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und die Handtücher sind sehr hochwertig. Man hat überall Klimatisierung, wenn man möchte. "Das war kein Ferienhaus, sondern ein Ferien-Zuhause! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung, die Kunst an den Wänden, alles liebevoll gestaltet. Einzig der Kunstrasen im Garten passte nicht zum anderen. Von der großen Dachterrasse war der Blick noch besser als vom Garten aus. Das Meer, die Berge. Total entspannend. Wir waren im Dezember hier. Die Heizung funktionierte und zwei Kamine sorgten für zusätzliche Behaglichkeit. Es gab Entfeuchter. Also kein Ferienhaus, das im Winter feucht...

"Pros: Das Haus sieht genauso wie auf den Bildern aus. Es fehlte an nichts und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Außenbereich ist natürlich besonders hervorzuheben. Schwimmen, Sonnenbaden und Essen findet sichtgeschützt und gut durchdacht draußen statt. Der sehr ruhige Ort Ariany ist noch ursprünglich mit wenig Touristen. Mit 2 Supermärkten und der kleinen Gastronomie aber wunderbar für einen Urlaub geeignet. Ebenso ist der Kontakt zur Vermieterin wunderbar unkompliziert und jederzeit...

"Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy ."

"Pool area is great. Lots of towels. Pollensa is a beautiful town. About a 20 minute walk into the centre. Lidl is 10-15 walk away.Buses to beach at the end of the road.Lots of wildlife around the villa. A Pine Marten wondered around the pool one morning while we were enjoying a coffee. Red Kites and other birds of prey circle over head throughout the day.Pool is deep, so may not be ideal for young children, but the jacuzzi could be an make-shift kids pool.House is a little tired. "Très vieille demeure typique de Majorque isolée sur un grand terrain doté de magnifiques orangers et citronniers. Tout confort, douche extérieure, un régal. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation car le ventilateur est un peu juste en ces fortes chaleurs du mois de juillet. Je mets seulement 4 étoiles car l’agence homerti aurait dû signaler aux agents d’entretien de tailler les hautes herbes du chemin d’arrivée et nettoyer les transats qui étaient très sales.
