"The communication with the owner is outstanding. He is very responsive, helpful and makes sure to pick you up at a meeting point so you can easy find tha villa upon arrival. We have rented a lot of houses and this is by far the best equiped with ALL you need ( there is even bottled water, soap, wine a garden where you are allowed to harvest and loads of other stuff for your convenience). "I booked the studio which was a semi basement. The decor was very tasteful just like the pictures. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. "We are just back from a wonderful stay in Skaloma. From the moment we booked until the moment we left, Kostas and Zeta provided us with prompt, helpful and friendly information and ensured we had everything we needed. The villa is beautiful and right next to the beach, it looks exactly like the photos. Skaloma was busy-ish during the day (mid-August) but pretty quiet in the evenings. You'd need a car or taxis to see the local area but if you wanted to you could happily spend a week bouncing...

"We never got to stay here as despite a confirmed reservation it was full. The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet. Its been 6 days... we did have to find somewhere else to stay, in the early evening with 2 hungry kids. Quite stressful!"

"Das Haus war super eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und nicht unpersönluch. Die Betten hatten tolle Matratzen, was in Ferienhäuser nicht üblich ist. Ausreichend Sonnenliegen, Stühle und Geschirr vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter läuft reibungslos. Man bekommt ausreichend Tipps, was man unternehmen, beziehungsweise wo man essen kann. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden."

Wonderfull place, amateur services.
"Good structure, close to the center and main attractions. Room is small, but comfortable. Good bed and excellent shower. Good TV and Internet. The problems are meals (not good quality and served without profissionalism, breakfast was really bad and stressing) and the night cinema at hotel garden, with dozens of people, with noise and much more, in a 10 rooms personalized hotel. Completelly out of order. Front desk attendants was very attentive and friendly."
