It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 120 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 120 m² garden
- Two terraces with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. One is on the ground floor, the second on the first floor

The house is ideally located in Erquy, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park.
