"I stayed in June with temperatures in the mid 20's. The room was a lot warmer but the air conditioning couldn't be set lower than 24 degrees. When I asked reception how to get it cooler to be able sleep I was told it "can't be set lower as the temperature range is controlled by our office in Budapest."
So I had a week of terrible sleep because of the heat.
Food is not great - passable for breakfast, but poor in the evenings."

"When we arrived at the room, the door lock showed a green light, indicating that the door was unlocked. My grandson simply pushed the door open, and the entire door came off its hinges. It appeared that only two or three screws were holding it in place. It was obvious that the door had already been damaged, and part of the locking mechanism was already broken.
I have stayed in many hotels around the world, and I have never experienced anything like this. Instead of apologizing for what appears...
