We arrived late on Friday, after picking up my wife from the airport, but the reception staff were ready and waiting and when we decided to go to the bar for a nightcap, the bar staff were friendly and not rushed at all, even with only hand an hour till closing. "The room was clean and big. it feels new and the pub next door was decent. it was a great location to explore Bath, the Cotswalds, Stratford, Stonehenge, and Wells/Glastonbury. There were some staffing shortages that led to some hiccups, but that was situational and shouldn't be a problem moving forward."
