The lakes, the forest, train and bus service, the local movie theater, and various cafes, bars, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

For your use:
the entire lower floor, including the living room, bedroom, kitchen, hallway, and, of course, the bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
The bedroom features a king-size double bed (160/200) and a single bed (80/200).
There is also a large double bed (160/200) in the living room.
Upon request, we can also add a single bed here.
The terrace in front of the living room and the garden (approx. 1,000 m²) are perfect for relaxing or feeding birds—please don’t remove any animals from the garden ; )

A 250-meter walk to the water (Flakensee), which is an ideal starting point for water hiking, stand-up paddling, etc., all the way to Berlin via Müggelsee—or through the lock at Woltersdorf to Stienitzsee
300 m to the Erkner train station, with connections to Berlin city center (RE1: 20 min), S-Bahn (30 min), Fürstenwalde (10 min), and Frankfurt/O (30 min),

Erkner is located in the southeast of Berlin—right on the city limits.
If you’re coming by car, you can take the Erkner highway exit; there are free parking spaces directly across the street and a large parking lot 150 meters away.
The Erkner S-Bahn station is 300 meters away and easily accessible on foot; trains and the regional train depart from there every 10 minutes.
If you’re arriving by plane, the trip from Schönefeld takes about 45 minutes.
The central bus station (ZOB) is 150 meters away; 9 bus lines will take you in almost every direction.
