Sleeps up to 10 adults on existing bedding and 2 additional mattresses on the floor available for children.

This is strictly a no party property. No hens/ bucks weekends and no additional guests from those on the booking.

There is a limit of 5 cars on the property and the driveway must be kept clear as the property managers who live in a house behind Colenso share a driveway.

Noise complaints (at any time of day) may result in a property manager call out and eviction/loss of bond.
