"Friendly staff and clean facilities. The area around the hotel is also decent with a lot of shopping and restaurant choices. Hotel parking lot is big and is easy to park there."
"All was great except one thing: when the air/fan was blowing, you could smell the cigarette smoke from the unit when smoking was allowed in the room. Otherwise everything was perfect: bed slept well, bathroom was clean, kitchen had what was needed. They do not have an ice machine but the full size fridge allows you to make ice or the check in staff offered to go next door to Holiday inn and get us ice there. Other than the smell, this place was great. "

"Great location, spacious updated and clean room, good breakfast options- Eva went above and beyond keeping the area well stocked and clean. Such a hard worker. Have stayed here in the past and would stay again. "
"I stayed four nights. I didn't really use the facilities or the breakfast so I can't comment on them.
The only fault was the desk chair arm was cracked underneath and it was a little... "uneven" when you leaned back. It worked fine and I used it quite a bit.
Whoever took care of my room did an excellent job, the two staff people were very nice and the bed was very comfortable!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the West Bend AmericInn
to others and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
