"Honestly the cottage was amazing. Very updated, looked just like the pictures. There were more rooms and beds than advertised which was a bonus! All very comfortable too. We were very happy, would book again. Swimming right off the rocks was an added bonus again. Bring comfy outside chairs, that is all that was missing! "

"We had a rather serious issue upon arrival. The management was beyond apologetic and rectified the situation in a timely manner and did everything possible to make it up to us.The cottage was very clean and well stocked. My only comment would be that the 3rd bedroom is a bunkie, but we would definitely use this property again."

"As advertised. Very spacious, right on the water and all the amenities we needed. Quick drive or bike ride to Erieau. Great week enjoyed by adults and kids. "

"The place was as advertised. It was very clean and in a great location. Walking distance to everything. Lots of plates, utensils etc. Mike was our main contact for the stay and he is an awesome host and great guy to have a chat with. "

"This property was a cozy homebase for our family as we explored Chatham and the surrounding area. We appreciated the full kitchen and saved a lot of money eating most meals in. Dining on the backyard patio was especially relaxing. The fenced-in yard offered peace of mind, the property was well maintained, the neighborhood was safe and quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Host was responsive when we needed to get in touch. We would definitely book again."

"Wow, what a beautiful property and clearly loved and cared for. My partner and I booked a 2-night stay at Meadowcroft and we were really struck by its beauty. We wanted to escape the city and celebrate together in a quiet, green, and private setting. I can’t imagine anywhere else could’ve matched our needs more perfectly!On top of its beauty and tranquility, the hosts clearly put in effort to make our stay thoughtfully comfortable in a way that far left us appreciative and touched. "We loved the cottage and property!It was nice to go to the beach without leaving the propertyWe were not aware that it was a shared property when we booked it. meaning the building was split into 2 cottages.shared BBQ etcThe backyard was very large so lots of space to share!Fortunately we were the only party there for 4 days.We had young kids with us so we would have been disruptive to the other party! Crying etc.It would be a great property if you rented both halfs of the cottge for one...

"There were 4 of us that stayed at this property. We were on an overnight trip of fishing. The house is 15 minutes from the boat launch and is in a nice neighborhood. The house was as advertised and was nice and clean. The front porch was the perfect place to sit and talk tell fish stories! Although the driveway is not deep enough for the boat and truck, the house is on the corner and there is plenty of street parking. We would absolutely stay here again. Oh, BTW, the house is within walking...

"Excellent views of Lake Erie, lovely cottage with games and comfy rooms. The beach is a treasure, it’s the only cottage with secure access to the sandy beach which no one else was on, the stairs down the cliff may be a bit too much for toddlers but for teens and up it was amazing! "
