"This hotel is my go to. It’s always clean, everyone is professional, love the addition of the Starbucks. Not to mention my room got upgraded to a balcony room for no reason at all. Great stay overall, as always. "

"The room itself was clean and the bird OK. The location was sort of in a heavily traffic area so there was a lot of noise all night long plus it was located near train tracks so very often you would hear the sound and feel the vibration of trains going by that being said was fine in end of itself however, some kind of crazy family with multiple rooms was placed next-door to us who arrived at midnight so we were woken up too much screaming yelling door, slamming door pounding, and apparently fist...

"Nobody at reception. I arrived at 9:15 pm and check in suppose to be until 12:00.Never got my room. I had to pay for another room somewhere else. "

"I didn’t stay there that night and they would not give me back my money. To me it’s like stealing they took my money and would not return it. I would never stay there if I were you."

"The picture that was showed online did not match what we saw. We waited in lobby to check in and nobody was there so we left. The place looked run down and not kept up maintenance wise."

"Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. "

"1. Phone in room didn't work. 2. The heat setting wasn't explained to us at check-in and by the time we realized there was an issue the office was closed (10pm). (And see #1) 3. Door key didn't work and had to change rooms. 4. Breakfast was advertised but turned out to be an unripe (green) banana, an apple, and an orange. 5. The lady at the counter offered a refund but the main manager stepped in and blocked it. "

"Clean, comfy, friendly, convenient, well priced. I usually pay more and get a lot less. My room was spacious and well appointed, quiet and comfortable. There was even a small bistro on site so I didn’t have to go back out for food after a long days drive. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice stay."

"The hotel was on an absolutely beautiful lake. The back patio was not quite ready for spring but it was very nice. Pool was clean and hottub was great. Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Right next to a restaurant but we opted for ice cream in town that was delicious."
