"The hotel was pretty good. Friendly staff at the front desk :) Cons: Breakfast could be better. I eat gluten free and one of the days I was only able to eat scrambled eggs and fruit. Our room wasn’t cleaned or tidied up neither morning of our 3 night stay. Sure, we had a 2 month old and it took us a minute to leave for the morning but for some reason once housekeeping went through the floor we were staying on, they never came back. Also for a 6 person room, we only had 4 bath towels."

"I believe for the Marriott name this hotel needs an upgrade. The pillows are awful, the bathroom, rugs, and furniture is dated. The linen also needs an upgrade. For family it will work for a quick overnight. The bistro was excellent and the staff very caring & professional. I was just disappointed in our short family time here. 😞"

"We stayed at Spark in Erie, PA, for two nights. The staff was professional and helpful, especially Wendy. The hotel was basic as was the provided breakfast. There was enough breakfast to satisfy our needs and those of others. I would describe it as continental with some extras. The room was immaculate though somewhat spartan. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom (accessible) was huge with an amazing shower. I missed having a chair in the room as I needed to use my computer for work. I ended...

"We go to Erie a few times a year...I have never complained until this stay. Tried this hotel for it's location. Location is great. Check in and check out clerk was very nice. We stayed 4 nights/5 days. Housekeeping never came. We ran out of towels after 2 days there was no tissues. Call to desk wasn't helpful.no towels by the pool 2 nights of our stay. Radisson needs to update this property and retrain staff"
