"Traveled with a coworker to a conference so we shared a room and booked two (2) beds. When we arrived at the hotel they only had a room with one (1) king bed. Just disrespectful and disappointing. "bom hotel, recomendo, estava de passagem, mais o hotel e aconchegante"

"We left the hotel immediately after checking-in. The sheets were dirty, bathroom was not clean, location was very shady. I was with my wife and dog didn’t felt safe at the place so we left to find another hotel nearby."

To start with, you processed the payment on January 6, 2026, a full 4 months before I would arrive. I have never had any other hotel process the full...

"Not in a nice part of town. The bed was not comfortable and the furnishings were minimal. I cancelled my second day and found another hotel. Absolutely would not recommend."
