"Foi maravilhosa, o atendimento foi impecavel e simpatico. O quarto era muito bonito e agradavel. Apenas ao redor do hotel, mas isso de uma forma geral, nessa regiao toda tem o odor forte e desagradavel dos pesticidas… Deveriam usar mais as técnicas tradicionais na agricultura na Europa ! No nosso quarto, tinha um pouco de ruido da estrada para quem dorme com as janelas abertas, mas estavamos bastante satisfeitos."

"Very nice hotel to stay in Tunbridge Wells. Close enough to the centre so that you don't need your car. The hotel and our room were very clean. There is a public car park very close to the hotel so it's easy to park even though you can't really do do at the hotel. "

"Really enjoyed our overnight stay. The twin room was spacious, beds and pillows so comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. The initial problem with the heating was sorted out very quickly. We had our evening meal here, and can highly recommend the food. What really stands out at The Carpenters Arms, is the staff. Many thanks to Richard, Holly and Paula and to everyone that helps make this such a great place. We would certainly be happy to stay again. "

"Short business trip so was just looking for a cheap place to stay. Single room with all the essentials in a modern block of conference centre type rooms. The main building though is an old country house and is beautiful and used as a wedding venue. Breakfast included was very good. Would have liked to have stayed longer so I could look around the estate."
