Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 70 m² house near the beach in Erdeven, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises a 43 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 70 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 43 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom (with bath)
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 70 m² garden (private and enclosed), south-facing, with furniture for enjoying fine weather.
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 10×5 m

The house is ideally located in Erdeven, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 2 vehicles).
