LIVING ROOM - Smart TV, one sofa, two armchairs, a reading nook , coffee table, wall of windows, electric fireplace operated by remote. High vaulted ceilings makes this 2665 sq ft home feel much bigger.

DINING ROOM - Dining table with seating for 8, wall of windows with panoramic mountain views, 2 sets of sliding doors with access to the deck.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertop, coffee nook with dual coffee maker, full-size appliances, refrigerator, microwave, 2 mini fridges for storing additional food and beverages, dishwasher, electric range and oven, counter seating for 4.

BEDROOM 1 - King bed, bench, nightstands with lamps and charging ports , smart TV, and free standing closet with hangers.

BATHROOM 1: - Full bathroom with glass enclosed rain shower, modern vanity.

BEDROOM 3 King bed, Smart TV, side tables, wall sconces, charging ports, console table with electric fireplace, and closet with hangers.

āœŗTHE OUTDOOR SPACEāœŗ Large expansive deck with Weber grill, outdoor dining table with seating for 6, Brand new Jacuzzi Hot Tub seats 5, privacy wall, privacy screens, and built-in electric fireplace and cozy outdoor sectional to enjoy the spectacular mountain views!

The deck leads to a fenced yard-space to stargaze, gather around a solo stove and enjoy some cornhole.

**Please note that while this is a single home, It is not a secluded cabin. There are other cabins on the mountain.**

BEDROOM 4 Bunk bed- Twin over Full, wall mounted smart TV, side table, lamp and additional charging ports. These bunk beds are meant for kids. Kids less than 14 yrs old and Weight limit <145 lbs allowed on bunkbeds.

BATHROOM 3 : Blue tile shower with rainwater shower head.

BEDROOM 3 King bed, Smart TV, side tables, wall sconces, charging ports, console table with electric fireplace, and closet with hangers.

āœŗThings to Noteāœŗ

The cabin is not secluded, but it is a private property. There are other cabins next door. The stellar views of the Cohutta mountains are shared by neighboring cabins on the mountain.

-We do have a Ring doorbell camera mounted by the front door and the door leading to the deck and a Ring security system for when the property is vacant.

-Please note that there is little to no cellphone reception in the area leading up to the cabin. However, we do provide very fast 1GB Wi-Fi for your use. Please make sure to download driving instructions prior to driving up to the cabin. The roads leading up to the cabin are paved, however if there is snow on the ground the roads can be slick and AWD/4WD is recommended. When the roads are clear, there is no need for AWD/4Wd.

-Bunk beds are for kids < 14 yrs and weight limit of 145 lbs for using the bunk bed. An additional queen air mattress is provided for guest convenience.

-Youtube streaming service is provided.

-There is solo stove on the deck for guests to use ( firewood is not provided) * firewood can be purchased from local grocery stores.

Girlā€™s Getaway

My group of 5 stayed at this beautiful property for a week and loved it! The host was very communicative and attentive to our needs. This was the perfect spot for us to chill and regroup. The beds are huge, the bedrooms are spacious, the showers are gorgeous, and the hot tub was bubbling!

Okay cabin, several unresolved maintenance issues

The main room on the 1st floor of the cabin and the back porch highlighted the best part of the stay. Lots of maintenance issues that were a painpoint and host did not offer resolution during or after the visit when prompted to make it right. A few examples, couldn't use basement bedrooms due to inoperable heat and 50F temps, couldnt use upstairs bedroom due comfortably because A/C blower fan low setting unavailable and freeing air blows hard on pillow air of bed, 1 st floor BA sink sprays water all over your shirt (covered it eith a cloth to make it usable), washer overflows unless you turn off valve at wall connection, doesn't dry properly due to same issue, kitchen sink faucet won't turn to hot because backsplash blocks handle rotation..... Although host said they didn't know, that doesn't resolve the fact that we paid for working equipment. No fixes offered during stay. Also hot tub jets and light did not function, but water was at least hot. Had a nice time despite the challenges, but disappointed and wouldn't recommend cabin.

Lovely Blue Ridge Getaway

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary on the way back to Florida from an extensive vacation/road trip with our dogs! After staying here, we both wish we had been able to stay longer (two nights, one full day), it was an unbelievable property and the location was perfect! Quite frankly, the house is like a 5-star resort in a VRBO rental, all the amenities are included and everything was just perfectly laid out for our arrival. As mentioned, the dogs were with us and had their own fenced in area to run around in (even had dog bowls for the pups!). This was a huge, unexpected bonus as we hadn't had that for the whole trip. The house had everything we needed and the view was incredible! Plenty of space, beds were super comfy and there was lots of outdoor seating (weather was unreal for August, low 80's during the day and 60's at night). We just really enjoyed the house and everything it had to offer, such a great deal! Also, you have the town of Blue Ridge about 20 minutes away with lots of things to do there. Didn't get to do the scenic train ride, but that's all everyone talked about! Next year! We ate twice in town, Souther Charm and Ferraro's were both excellent! Highly recommend both! Do yourself a favor, if you're looking to get away, this is the place for you and the owners were super responsive and checked in on us several times to make sure we were comfortable. We're definitely going back next year!

Family Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway with the family. We were able to comfortably sleep 6 adults and still had room to spare. Unlike some of the cabins weā€™ve stayed in, the roads to this one are paved all the way in and are well maintained. If youā€™re looking to disconnect and relax, this is your place!

Super clean, cozy and beautiful home! Well stocked and all the essential amenities provided. The beds were cozy! Kids loved the hot tub! Plenty of towels. Although we didnā€™t stay long enough to need them, I loved that they had a regular size fridge and 2 mini fridges for drinks!!! My kids also enjoyed all the games provided!! No one was ever bored!

Great place in the woods

We had a great long weekend here and would definitely stay again! The house is very well maintained with amenities abound all in working order. The hosts were very responsive and check in/out was easy. Roads to the house are steep and we were glad to have 4wd/rwd getting in - Iā€™d imagine especially so when there is snow/ice. Wonderful views, our favorite thing was spending time in the hot tub while listening to the rain.

Amazing!!

This was our second year of a Christmas trip to the mountains and it way exceeded our expectations. The host thought of all of the little touches making it such a special trip. The communication was very prompt and always helpful.

The cabin was perfect for our group. The view is beautiful! The cabin is very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is fine, about 30 minutes from Blue Ridge or Ellijay. Where you find groceries and restaurants. Overall enjoyed our stay!

Great Family Stay

The description of the property was spot on, there are neighboring houses but it doesnā€™t affect your view/stay and was a non issue. Hot tub was nice, towels provided, grill had extra propane, heater outside, we used all of those things! The house is beautiful, a mix of modern and cabin, TVs everywhere, charging ports and luggage racks in bedrooms, plenty of towels. Itā€™s nice to have bedrooms on every floor and not on top of each other. Kitchen was the most well appointed Iā€™ve seen in all my vaca stays- peelers, bottle openers, mixing bowls, measuring spoons and cups, grill utensils, servingware, tons of pots, skillets, coffee bean grinder, tea holder, it was impressive. No water dispenser, but the tap water tasted fine. Communication was instant when I had to reach out about a toilet issue and another question which was great. Overall we had a great family holiday trip, thanks for everything!

Very nice, modern cabin.

The cabin was clean upon arrival and had plenty of space for multiple families. We loved the kids space with the twin beds and cool night light. The downstairs game room was super fun! The views are unbeatable! We loved spending time on the deck with the hot tub and enjoying the views. The only downside to this cabin is there is no outdoor yard/space for kids to run aroundā€¦ Iā€™m sure that can be hard to come by in the mountains though. The other downside is the cabins next door are extremely close. Other than that, this was a great cabin!

Beautiful home but lots of issues!!!

No TV outside like advertised in pictures. When I mentioned it to her, she wasnt even aware of it. She doesn't have the best communication with her cleaning crew. This was highly disappointing as it was one of our highlights (hanging out on the deck and watching TV while in the hot tub or seating area). She should label all the switches in the house, we couldn't figure out what turned what on and by the time we did, we forgot next time around. The level of dust on the blinds and shelves were disgusting! Someone had left some kind of food container in the fridge and it was molded. Cleaning crew not up to par. Check in process was a nightmare! All of this was discussed with host but not much could be done at that point. This house has such potential with just a little more TLC.
