The cottage is ideally located in Eppe-Sauvage, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- Centre Aquatica: water in all its forms and for all tastes. Discover the calm of the swimming pool and the red ball of the large leisure pool that will delight wave lovers. Finally, the benefits of steam in the saunas and hammam will offer visitors to the relaxation area the chance to unwind and relax.
- Water sports: on the lakeshore, the Maison des Sports et de la Nature is equipped with catamarans, windsurfers, kayaks and stand-up paddles.
