Charming, Bright Cottage in Village Center - Comfort and Tranquility Near Orleans

Located between the Beauce plain and the Loire Valley, about twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung-sur-Loire, this cottage is near the owners' house, separated by a shared courtyard. It is in the heart of the village, close to all essential shops.
Tastefully decorated, comfortable, and bright, it is a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comforts. On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, sofa bed, bathroom (walk-in shower, small sink), and separate toilet.
Upstairs, a large open mezzanine bedroom can accommodate 4 people with one double bed and two single beds, as well as a bathroom at the back with double sinks and a washing machine.

All utilities included: sheets included - beds made - towels and household linens provided - water - electricity - internet - Wi-Fi.
Mandatory cleaning every 3 weeks for long stays. Pets are welcome with a supplement of €25 per stay.
End-of-stay cleaning included.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed and bathroom linens for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
