A luxurious and stylish three level residence with private pool and panoramic views of the Saronic Gulf, Epidaurus, the islands of Aegina & Agistri and the volcano of Methana! A unique home with its own private pool, able to accommodate up to 11 persons in 260 sq.m. wonderful balconies, large outdoor spaces and terrace on a 1300 sq.m. lot offering magnificent panoramic views from every point.
Our house consists of one ground floor apartment (in the same ground level as the pool). Over the ground floor apartment lies a maisonette. Both have independent entrances but have no internal connection, so this is an ideal choice for groups of friends, large families or guests travelling with staff. Total privacy, minutes away from Ancient Epidaurus and its famous theatre, the romantic city of Nafplio, and so much more!
Our Villa consists of a 180 sq.m. maisonette and a 86 sq. m. apartment.
On the ground level, the maisonette has a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and bathroom with shower. Elegant furniture has been beautifully combined, while the sea view is magnificent both from inside and from outside. In the upper level there is a master bedroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds and an additional bathroom with a bathtub. In both levels there are big balconies with beautiful furniture as well as dinner tables.
The maisonette can accommodate 4 individuals but it is possible for an extra bed with anatomical mattress to be added as well as baby cradle upon request. In the maisonette, you will find high-quality bed sheets and linen, towels, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware, coffee machines, teapots, water filters and everything that you might need to have a pleasant stay.
Every room has air conditioning. For the winter period, there is also a central heat system and wood for the fireplace is provided.
In the ground floor apartment, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk, a bathroom, and a living room – kitchen room. That house offers as much as the maisonette does, except for dishwashing machine. That apartment could accommodate four individuals, but it is possible for two additional beds to be added, as well as a baby cradle upon request. Every room has air conditioning and for the winter period, there is also a central heat system.
The swimming pool area offers absolute privacy and offers a wonderful panoramic view to both the village of Ancient Epidaurus and also to Saronic bay. Outdoor furniture, sunbeds, pool towels, beach towels, as well as many inflatable pool toys are also provided.
Sipping your drink while you let the gorgeous Greek sun dry your body after a rejuvenating dive is one of a kind experiences that is bound to make you forget out time and space. Sitting on the edge of pool & the endless horizon you will feel like you are flying on top of the Greek 'God-given' landscape while the sunrise keeps all your senses on a Zen state!
Have in mind, that we use salt water instead of Chlorine in our swimming pool, as a more environmentally friendly solution, which is also safer for the skin and allergy–free. Our Villa is an excellent choice for vacations and exploration.
The location is ideal for those who seek the beautiful natural attractions that are located nearby, the unique beaches, the cities and villages by the sea and many archeological sites. Our Villa has the advantage that it is located in a very short distance (20 minutes to 2 hours) from 8 UNESCO world cultural heritage monuments.
The seaside village of Ancient Epidaurus, with its beautiful beaches and bays, is revived thanks to its unique landscape and the well noted and preserved ancient Theatre. The Ancient Theater of Epidaurus has cooperated with some of the greatest theatrical casts and crews in the world, causing the interest of both the public and the critics.
Famous theatrical plays take place every summer for the latest 70 years. Art and history lovers, actors and artists, chose our location every year to spend their holidays, while many celebrities have built their luxurious villas among the olive, citrus and orange tree fields on top of hills! On Epidaurus marina, many yachts and sailboats moor every summer.

Ancient Epidaurus, also called Palea Epidavros is a small but beautiful fishing village on the east coast of the Peloponnese. It is known from the ancient times for its developed civilization.
Built at the foot of mountains, among pine-forested hills, olive groves, citrus and the sea, Old Epidaurus stands on its ancient city (3000 BC). Epidaurus is an oasis in Argolida.
The remains of amphorae for the storage of oil and wine can still be found on the seafloor. Just in a short distance from the shore and at a depth of only 2 meters, guests can swim with mask in the "sunken state" where the ancient ruins still lie on the sea bottom. The surrounding countryside is now coloured bright with orange trees, mandarins, lemons and grapefruits
Epidaurus is also very popular for its summer International theater and music festival taking place in the Ancient theater of Epidaurus and the small theater of Epidaurus.
Visitors, often return to Epidaurus year after year, to enjoy a holiday of specific interest, such as sailing, theatre or paragliding.
