Scandi-Boho Chic Small Town Getaway - Private Yard


Our home is a newly refinished, hidden gem only 2 1/2 blocks from the Main Street of Ephrata. You will find this lovely area to be convenient, friendly, and surprisingly quiet. This fun, unique, & stylish small town home was built in 1925 and features original wood floors, a cozy porch and balcony for relaxing, a 43” Smart TV with complimentary HBO Max and Netflix, internet access, a fully equipped kitchen, and high quality hotel bed linens.

Enjoy some relaxation and music on our Bluetooth record player and speaker. You will also have full access to a stackable washer and dryer with all supplies provided.

The first bedroom has a delightfully comfortable queen size bed and a private entrance to a large balcony as well as a dresser for longer stays. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with a gorgeous vintage peacock chair. Lastly, go to the end of the hallway and enter into the third bedroom which has two twin size beds, perfect for children or additional guests. In addition, we have a small fenced in backyard for all of those loved pups that get to travel with you. We offer firewood and a s’more basket to enjoy in our fire pit whenever you please! You can enjoy summer evenings sitting outside on the patio.

All you need is your suitcase and we will provide the rest. We look forward to having you stay with us!

Lovely Home!

We truly enjoyed our stay and being outdoor people, we loved the front porch swing and backyard. Comfortable, clean and great for us and our little dog! Neighbors on both side were so friendly, and meeting them was an added bonus.

Charming home in a charming town!

This was a lovely little house for our short vacation to visit the area. Everything was exactly as pictured, beds were so cozy, and thoughtful touches throughout (a record player & records, a s'mores tackle box with all the supplies, wood for the firepit, outdoor games, dog treats & human snacks!). The location is close enough to walk into town, but far enough that you aren't faced with traffic outside your front door, and the house has fun quirks due to its age. Very easy owner to book & communicate with, we will be sure to stop back by if we head that way!

Great location and super cute!

Scandi boho chic is definitely the vibe. Comfortable beds for our quick trip! Nicely appointed kitchen and very quiet neighborhood. I wish we had time to use the fire pit and backyard!

Great Convenient Stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property, and I can confidently say it deserves a 5-star rating. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, offering convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. So lovely!

It was so nice to be in this small town instead of Lancaster. We drove to covered bridges, viewed Amish farmers and buggys and had great food. The house is so comfortable and well appointed, there were even dog beds and treats for my pup! The stairs into the back yard were a little steep for me and it would have been nice to have a handrail but I would still really recommend this wonderful house!

Girls weekend

We had a great time touring the area. The property was great. We had minor issues with the door and once we mastered the shower all was good. Definitely enjoyed our time and would go back if we found ourselves in the area. All the little things we experienced were awesome!

Great Spot near Lancaster

Had to bridge a stay before finding an apartment. Haleigh was fantastic during the communication process and we were able to extend the stay a couple times!! This was sooooo helpful as it let us relax and focus on apartment hunting without the added stress of moving around to different hotels/properties. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in the area.

As Advertised - great location

A very Special Place!

We love this place from the minute we walked in! Like being transported to another time! The pictures do not do this place justice! Amazing ! The owner Haleigh thought of everything and beyond ! We had everything we needed! Backyard just a dream for our little Bichon Bryer to play! We could walk to a great coffe shop, quiet neighborhood to walk in, safe, we were just here to visit our son who lives in Manheim. We were able to get anywhere we wanted to go within 15 to 30 minutes! We will be back again, this is a must stay when you in the area! Thanks Haleigh!!

Great House in a Great Location

The house was great! Very clean, very close to town (very walkable). Communication with the property owner was fantastic. It was nice that she checked in with me mid stay to see if there was anything we needed. The only reason I didn’t rate the house with 5 stars is because the only shower in the house was very small and it was hard for each of us to move around in.

Cute rowhouses in Ephrata

We loved the location which allowed us to visit both family and check out the local restaurants and sites. The house is so lovely and has been freshly updated. There are so many thoughtful touches such as snacks and toiletries. Everything was immaculate. The neighbors were lovely. It had a perfect yard for our laid back greyhound. We definitely want to stay again.

Beautiful Place

Loved this property from the moment we walked in. Very welcoming, very clean and had everything we needed…backyard was very relaxing to sit. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet and a very clean neighborhood…plenty of places to walk ur furbabies also…trust me u wont go wrong staying at this property:)
