"We had an excellent stay with family for our son’s college tournament. We had all age ranges (10 months to 74 yrs old). Very comfortable beds & linens. Love the layout of the home! Having 2 bedrooms on main floor was a bonus & such big bedrooms. Comfortable seating for all of us , plus the bonus college kids that stopped by! You won’t regret staying here!!"

"1. Hidden/unclear fees for "additional guests" though we never went over max amount of 10. 2. When first arrived at the house, both doors (outer door, and door access to the house) were wide open. Told host about this, she kept saying only the outer door was open. 3. One of us got locked in the only bathroom available at the house on the first night. Notified the host immediately. person had to climb out through a window. was told maintenance person was on their way. 2 hrs later, maintenance...

"My kids, grandkids ages 8-17 stayed for 4 days in December. It was nice that the house was decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong table. We visited the Farnsworth House nearby which was really interesting!"

"I stayed at Denise’s lovely home for the month of June. She was warm, friendly, helpful and provided everything I needed for the stay. I highly recommend Denise as your future host. Her gardens are gorgeous and I enjoyed sitting out there daily. The location is perfect and is an easy walk to downtown. Most mornings I walked to Bonita Bowls for my açaí bowl and brought it back to the gardens to enjoy. I look forward to next summer and visiting again! "

"The property has some safety issues that need to be addressed. Master bed was comfortable. Didn’t sit outside as there were too many bugs. The host was communicative prior to arrival. "

"This place was great for 9 adults and 5 children 3 through 10 years old. Comfortable sleeping areas for all. There were 2 large lounging areas that the children who would wake up early could watch TV in a cozy environment. There was a pleasant playground around the corner for kids to release their energy. There were extra lightweight chairs in the garage to add to the existing large tables as needed. This home was large enough that everyone had space. It met all our needs!"

It is essential that guests are treated with respect and transparency, and that promises are kept. I would like to warn other users not to use the services of this hotel.
