It’s perfect for lingering days and evenings enjoying the tide pools, snorkeling the reef and enjoying sunsets. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything you need inside as well. "Property is in a great location in Rincon. You can go thru back gate and in a couple of blocks to the right you are at steps beach. A couple of blocks to the left, you are in the marina, which is a great beach spot too. There is some noice from the road, but besides that, we loved aour stay. Even our teenagers loved it. Pool was perfect after a full day at the beach. Keep mosquito zapper handy in the evenings. Thank you for sharing your home with us"

"We stayed as a family with teens for 3 nights. The host met us and showed us around although it was xmas day and late. Super friendly host and very helpful.The location is perfect, 5 mins walk to the main beach, 0.4 miles walk to the plaza where you find all the restaurants and art faire every Thursday. Wifi/AC/all appliances work. washer and drier are a big plus. Super clean and comfortable beds. House is big and everyone had space. The kitchen has almost everything you need in order to cook in...
