The house offers large Living Room and formal Dining room with full view to pool and lake, 3 fully furnished bedrooms and 2 large size bathrooms, formal dining, completely remodeled kitchen in with quartz countertops and brand new top of the line black stainless steel appliances, convention oven.

The Living Room features a 70 Inch Smart TV-XFinity Streaming and high-speed wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi) are Free! Sofa and 2 Reclining chairs are also available to sit and relax on while watching TV or have a chat with family or friends

Cozy Master Bedroom is on its own side of the house and offers a brand-new King Size bedroom set with top of the line brand new furniture and mattress; beautiful large bathroom with 2 separate sinks and walk in shower; Large Walk- In closet. A 65 Inch Smart TV , to allow your privacy in watching your favorite show or movies, is also available in the master bedroom.

The additional 2 bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house with the second bathroom in between.

Other beaches within 10-15 minutes driving: Englewood Beach (with lots of restaurants on the beach, Sharky's (with up-scale restaurant on the beach), Caspersen Beach, Venice Beach, Brohard Paw Park Dog Beach designated to your special pet friends where they can play and have fun!
Famous Siesta Key Beach with very large white sand beach is only 25-30 minutes away!

Boat parking is available at the house and there is a free boat launch less than 0.5 away.
As for Venice, this charming beach town is only 5 miles North from the house. Known as the shark tooth capital of the world, enjoy strolls along the local beaches looking for these little souvenirs. Take a short drive down to Sharkey's at the Pier for a sunset-drenched drink or tasty meal. See the dolphins, bring a fishing pole, or just watch the sun set along the gulf waters. Venice beaches include conservation parks, bird sanctuaries, canoeing, kayaking, hiking and biking trails. Venice’s quaint, palm tree-lined downtown is famous for its art galleries, antique stores, restaurants, and clothing stores.
Nearby Sarasota is filled with activities including the renowned Mote Marine Aquarium, the Ringling Museum of Art, the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Jet ski and sailboat rentals, and St. Armand's Circle (great for dining, shopping, or strolling) to name a few. For the more adventure filled days, Busch Gardens, Disney's Magic Kingdom, MGM and SeaWorld are all only 2 hours away!
Ringling Circus Museum, Mote Aquarium, zoos, Warm Mineral Springs and Fort Myers Beach are also within short driving distance.

Other things to note:
If you plan on bringing a boat, you could park it in front of the house. There is NO restriction in the subdivision for parking the boat in front of the house!
This home is dog friendly with a fenced in yard for letting your dog outside. Only under 50 lbs, House-Trained, Healthy and Vaccinated Dogs are allowed for an additional $25/night.

Please treat this house like you would treat your home; leave grill like you found it and keep house in neat condition. Please keep all windows and doors closed if Heat or AC is On.
