Welcome to Manasota Key Inn

2 Bedroom Suite with one king bed and two twin beds. Sleeps 4.

Enjoy our spacious and modern, 2 bedroom with new furnishings and updated kitchen and bathroom. You'll love the private beach access right outside your front door, just a few steps down the paved walkway to the sand.

This roomy unit has two bedrooms. The king bedroom has one king sized bed. The twins bedroom has two single beds. Large privacy fenced in patio with dining table and chairs and a fire pit area with chairs.

Relax on the large and privacy fence enclosed patio with gas grill, plenty of seating, dining table, and a fire pit with seating area. Spend your day relaxing, fishing, swimming and searching for shells and shark teeth on the beach. There are beach chairs and towels available.

Enjoy free super fast WIFI and free cable TV. There is a laundry room with free washer and dryer use on site in the common area.

We are dog friendly, any size! 2 dogs max. At the time of booking, please let us know if you are bringing one or two dogs along. The fee for one dog is $115. The fee for two dogs is $165.

We hope you'll love our location as much as we do! Being at the beach, hearing the waves while you relax on the patio, enjoying the most beautiful sunset you'll ever see, in addition to being close to the local restaurants and nightly entertainment make it the perfect getaway.

Manasota Key Inn is a 3 suite property with the choice of this 2 bedroom, a large 1 bedroom or another smaller 1 bedroom. Each suite has their own fenced in patio. There is a common laundry room with free washer and dryer use.

So nice to walk the beach.
As nice as I expected. I loved the location and how close it was to the beach. It did seem to have a smoking smell in the unit. I just washed everything when I got home. I may have missed that it was ok to smoke. I would definitely rent again without the smell.

Perfect beach vacation
The house was spacious and had all we needed to enjoy a beach week! From coffee in the morning to long afternoons on the beach to a quiet night watching the stars! Such a large backyard with a privacy fence to grill or just hang out with a drink. The only feedback I’d give is the need for a retractable clothes line to dry swimsuits instead of hanging them over the chairs and maybe an outside light to make grilling late into the evening easier. We already booked for next year because we enjoyed our stay so much!

Great for families with fur babies
This was a great stay for our family. The fully fenced back yard is perfect if you’re traveling with fur babies. The beach is just steps away and was never crowded. If you’re looking for a getaway which feels like you’re on a private island, this is it.

This property is wonderful. It is close to the beach and everything is there that you need. You can always get ahold of the owner if you ever need anyrhing. We have stayed there the last 2 years and the place is always so clean when we arrive. I highly recommend this place.

Great girls getaway!!
All 4 of us were delighted when we walked into the living room of our for the weekend getaway home. It was clean, spacious, homey, and just perfect for a quilters’ long weekend at the beach. Enjoyed every aspect. The best was the private entrance to the beach. You could set your things up and if you forgot something the walk back to the house was short. I would deffinetly rent this place again. The owner was also very nice and great to talk to. All questions were answered in a timely manor.

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of room in the kitchen and living room to move around. Master bed was comfortable. The best part is the close proximity to the beach which was just a few steps away. A few maintenance issues need to be addressed but nothing major.

We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back another time. You can’t get closer to the beach without being on it! Beautiful cottage with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. Don’t miss the great yard to hang out in and the AMAZING tree! Hosts are helpful and quick to reply to any and all questions. Had a wonderful seafood dinner at Landy’s. Such a treat to stay here!

Not what we expected
The place stunk… I had to wash all my clothing when returning home… back yard was disgusting… moths all over the building…old inflatable toys all covered with leaves and dirt...Left after 3 nights after paying for 5… We’re outside people… it was cold and windy and being stuck inside this place was not enjoyable…you can hear everything the tenant next door is saying… not my cup of tea….might have been more tolerable if the weather was better and you could enjoy the fenced in yard.

Fantastic Location
Perfect location! The beach is a very short walk and so nice. Loved the location near beach and restaurants. The only thing I would upgrade would be add beach towels and some better beach chairs (we do realize that October is the end of the season and thus the need to upgrade these items due to use all summer). The living room/kitchen space is fantastic. Very large area and great hand out space. I was not a fan of the shared laundry due to the limited time use. If you have an inconsiderate person in the other rental it really limits ability to use laundry. With this noted I would definitely rent this place again! The positive far out weight any minimal inconvience.
