The Space:

Beachbound Bungalow I offers a relaxed coastal setting with the comforts of a welcoming home. As one side of a duplex, the bungalow provides a comfortable place to settle in and enjoy your time in Englewood, with an inviting front porch and tranquil screened lanai that create an inviting outdoor space for slowing down and enjoying the Florida air.



The home accommodates up to six guests and features two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed and two single beds, with the sofa bed providing additional sleeping space. The home is single-level, making it easy to move between the living areas, bedrooms, and kitchen.



The full kitchen is ready for relaxed breakfasts, quick lunches, and meals enjoyed together. Guests have a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, cookware, baking sheet, dishes and silverware, and a dining table.



After a sunshine-filled day at the beach, come back and settle into the cozy living space. Stream your favorite TV series or enjoy a fun game night. The home provides air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans for your comfort. The private washer and dryer add convenience, especially for beach days and longer stays.



One of the home's standout features is the screened lanai. Pour yourself a favorite beverage, relax in the outdoor seating, and enjoy a quiet afternoon or an easy evening outdoors. When you're ready for dinner, the outdoor grilling area offers a natural place to prepare a meal and spend more time together.



The home is group-friendly and includes linens, towels, and bathroom essentials, along with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a first aid kit.
