This bright, airy, tropical 1 bedroom/1 bathroom getaway gives you the choice - relax in the spa-like interior, tropical back yard, or walk a half a block to the white beach of Stump Pass at Manasota Key. The choice is yours and the choices are all great!

PLEASE NOTE - This house can be rented as a whole house with both the two bedroom and the one bedroom unit. This listing is for the 1 bedroom unit only.

The bedroom has one king-sized bed, with a door that takes you to the back private tropical patio, and the outdoor shower. The updated bathroom has a beautiful shower, and there is a work ready space in the living room area.

The living room and kitchen space is comfortable and inviting with Wifi and TV to allow your experience to be exactly as you desire. The kitchen is well equipped with essentials as well as fridge, dishwasher and stand-alone convection oven and induction stove-top.

The house is equipped with many personal touches, including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The beach cart makes it easy to walk the short walk to the deeded beach access. In an area where parking is at a premium, it is easy to park at the house and simply walk around the corner to the beach.

Your four legged friend also deserves a break, so please bring your under 35 pound pooch with you if your pooch is travel-friendly! The back area is fenced for safety. All of our pet loving guests appreciate the area and have been completely happy with the arrangement for the fur-babies.

Downtown is a short drive, bike ride, or call to Stumpy's Free Ride. You will enjoy a variety of nightlife, restaurants and beach vacation vibe. Stump Pass, which is a very short walk, provides a beautiful beach, and naturally easy places to paddle board or kayak.

Please note - this home is arranged as a duplex with an attached two bedroom unit. Although the front courtyard is shared, back spaces are private as are the entrances to both units. You can have as much or as little interaction as desired, or rent both units for your group.
