"This property has some good functional points: the beds were clean and comfortable, the fridge was clean, and the kitchen and cleaning supplies are the most abundant I’ve seen in most rentals. Unfortunately, the home itself feels old, dingy, and dirty. The renovations appear to be cheap, amateur DIY projects. For a house with 6 bedrooms and only 2 bathrooms, there is no place upstairs to hang towels after a shower except for one small hand towel rack. Adding hooks to the bedrooms or bathrooms...

"Home was a perfect gathering and resting place for our group of employees working in the state buildings at the Big E"

"This is a beautiful old Victorian home. Very well maintained and very well appointed. The hosts are attentive and respond to questions promptly. The house was well stocked with all essentials Highly recommended."

"We stayed in this property bc our daughter’s graduation (Amherst) was sold out. We used the property to have a place to sleep and shower exclusively. The duplex was clean, well equipped with towels and linens. We used two of the 3 bedrooms. The king size bed was comfortable enough. The queen size bed (not the bunk bed) was very uncomfortable according to my daughter and her partner. The house is in a quiet road and has plenty of shopping/dining options around it (driving). Communication with the...

"Our stay was fine. The place was generally clean and had everything we needed. It is an older unit and is very plain. It’s not a warm and cozy place but it was sufficient for our stay. The oven was very dirty inside and one of the burners on the stove did not work but it did not affect our stay much. My only real complaint was with communications with the host. On the day of arrival, I never received check-in instructions. I attempted to contact the host directly without a response on the...

"We had a refreshing stay in this beautifully detailed home! The host had thought of everything and we felt welcomed and comfortable. The price was a bit on the high side, but not bad considering the quality of the home and property. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area."

"This home had plenty of space for our family of four. Everything was very clean and comfortable! Mabel was very communicative and the check-in process was smooth."

"Lots of parking. Huge backyard; kids will love it.This host thought of EVERYTHING!!!!"

"Clean and worked well for what we needed. Comfortable beds"
