Salt & Stay - Laid-Back Comfort by the Beach

Framed by native gardens and coastal charm, Salt & Stay is a beachside haven for easy group stays and long afternoons spent together. From the moment you arrive, the wraparound veranda and front hammock create a quiet place to slow down, while the fresh ocean air drifting through the property brings a sense of calm to every stay.

Inside, the living area overlooks the front garden and offers a comfortable space to gather with two Chesterfield sofas, a TV, and heating and cooling for year-round comfort. Towards the rear of the home, the dining area and fully equipped kitchen connect with the undercover patio, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow for shared meals. The kitchen includes generous bench space, a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, and large fridge, making longer stays and family cooking effortless.

The patio features an eight-seater table and barbecue, ideal for slow alfresco dinners after a day exploring the coast. Beyond the patio, the expansive backyard provides plenty of space for children to play, morning coffees in the sun, or quiet afternoons surrounded by native greenery.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, large wardrobes, heating and cooling, a ceiling fan, and peaceful garden views. The second bedroom includes a double bed, dedicated workspace, and ceiling fan, making it well-suited to remote work or extended stays, while the third bedroom also offers a comfortable double bed and wardrobe storage. For added convenience, the bathroom offers a bath, shower, and separate toilet and vanity. Guests also have access to a full laundry with a washing machine and drying racks.

The driveway can accommodate parking for up to three cars or even a boat, providing you with plenty of convenient space.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
