On entering you will immediately be welcomed by the spaciousness of the wide entry and hallway.
Open plan living and dining overlooking the gorgeous water and surrounds, ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
Spacious kitchen with pantry, gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge and much more.

Bedroom five would make a great study or playroom as it includes a work desk, TV and children’s toys.
Open plan living and dining for eight overlooking the gorgeous water and surrounds.

Laundry with washing machine.
Third toilet.
Ducted heating and cooling throughout the home.
There is an undercover veranda with a BBQ, outdoor dining area, large deck with an outdoor lounge and access to the water via pontoon from the secure fenced yard. Kayaks to be used at own risk and guest must supply own life jackets.
Driveway parking for 3 cars - garage not included for guest use.

Upstairs
Master bedroom is very spacious and has access to the full-length balcony with magnificent views over the lake. This room has an ensuite with shower and toilet. The spa bath pump is currently not working as a spa. The walk-in robe is not available for guest use.
Bedroom two includes a queen bed and access to the balcony.
Bedroom three with double bed and single bed.
Bedroom four has a double bed, and single bed.

Kitchenette with fridge and sink.
Separate toilet and powder room.

There is a smart TV downstairs & upstairs has a Apple TV for streaming services.
