Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen and includes bar stools at the bench and a view of the sea at the end of the street. The kitchen is equipped with a French door fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, Delonghi pod coffee machine and more.

In addition, there is a powder room with toilet and basin on this level.

Bedroom one includes a king bed, ceiling fan, walk through robe and a large ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.

There are fabulous views of the sea at the end of the street from the outdoor partially covered deck that wraps around the dining and lounge area. There is plenty of seating and dining to enjoy the BBQ or just take in the afternoon sea breeze.
