Encounter Lakes is a great place to spend time on or by the water. Whilst holidaying in this 3-bedroom lakefront home you can choose to go kayaking, swimming or just sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful lakeside lifestyle.



The Space:

The living area includes a TV and a comfortable lounge to seat six people. There are fabulous views of the water way where you may see the Dragon Boats and competition kayakers paddle by.

Separate to this area is the dining suite which will seat six people. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, gas cooking, dishwasher and cooking utensils.



Split system air conditioning.



There are three bedrooms, two with a queen bed, built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan and one with two single beds, a built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan.



The two-way bathroom off bedroom one has a bath, shower, vanity & toilet.



Laundry with a washing machine and has access to outside.

Second separate toilet.



Undercover verandah is in a perfect spot to watch the water activities.

Driveway with parking for one car.

Garage not included for guest use.

Fenced on all sides with steps down to the water.



There are two kayaks for guest use. Life jackets are NOT supplied. Guests will need to bring their own life jackets and return a Kayak Indemnity Form.
