"I can’t say enough about my stay! It’s like staying in your own home. Everything you need has been thought of. It’s clean, it’s quiet, it’s down right adorable and it beats a hotel any day! I didn’t want to leave. You can’t ask for more. It’s central. If there’s something you wanna do to the north it’s not far and if you wanna head south it’s not far. But when you come back, you’re away from the major hustle and bustle. I will be staying here again!"

"Great location!!! Very family friendly neighborhood! Cyndi is a fabulous host, excellent communication and was very helpful when we inadvertently forgot something after checking out. The rental is as described and was a wonderful place for us to gather as a family. And of course, you can't beat the California sunshine!"

"house showed some wear and tear issues and minor damage but everything functioned. Not enough reading lights in the bedrooms. it was clean and had sufficient towels. The 5th bathroom was essentially the laundry room and uncomfortably small. It would be a great house for families with small kids and worked well for us 10 adults. location was the best! Host responded quickly to our request for a room heater. "

"Most everything was as expected and advertised. We did have trouble getting one of the TV's to work and locate the channels. The 0wners came over to help but it was still too difficult to figure out with the 4 different controllers and the unusually TV service as well as the older TV. Also later on the upper level stove from was coming off and had to duct tape it back on to keep from falling open. Also the downstairs stove did not work.
