"Property was awesome. Clean and spacious. Had unique feature of separate area - was great for adults to hang out while kids sleeping. Views are beautiful. "

"Captain Ron met us to check in. Very nice and helpful. The boat is docked in a private, peaceful area. You can hear some distant traffic noise and occasional faint train, but otherwise very quiet. The boat is older, with ongoing repairs and painting, but was clean and cozy. Has a large, full shower with hot water and a toilet that is similar to RV toilets. At the top of the dock is a building with full bathrooms and "regular" flushing toilets, as well as laundry facilities. The kitchen is...

"The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! "

"House was immaculate. The location is prime. With a bakery next door and a park just blocks away you can't beat this location. We were 2 miles away from the riverfront venue we were in town for. The neighborhood is safe and quaint. "

"This is a nice place to stay. It isn't luxury, but it has all the comforts of home for a reasonable rate."

"The house was better than advertised! Plenty of entertainment around the house as well as a roomy dock for swimming. Scott and Jason both were avaliable by phone for any questions we had. Their response to emails or by phone was very quick and provided answers to any questions we had. 16 were in our party and we all had an excellent experience to close out the summer on labor day weekend."

"Overall, our group had a pleasant time but there were a few things that effected our stay: We were given two different unit numbers for check-in, which caused some minor confusion. The apartment was not as clean as we would have liked; the toilet bowls were pink, the washer clearly has mold growing inside it, and most of the floors could have done with a good vacuum mopping. "This property is as advertised. There are so many activities available and lots of different areas to gather, relax and celebrate. The lake is beautiful and lots of fun to explore. Overall it was a fun week."

"This property was perfect for our group of friends in town for a wedding on the lake. Every couple had their own room with plenty of bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out. We did not have kids on this trip but the downstairs kitchen and entertainment area would be perfect for kids. We rented a pontoon boat which also gave us a fun way to get to and from the wedding. This house is the perfect house for large groups. We hope to be back soon. "

"Beautiful property with all the amenities you could need, plenty of sleeping arrangements and private areas for peace and quiet when staying with a large gathering. We were approved to have my sister in law’s wedding here for a small family ceremony and reception. I would recommend communicating via text or call with the property owners instead of VRBO during your stay for quicker replies. "Spotlessly clean, beautiful home. Well stocked which is huge for us as we are a big family and WE COOK! Had a wonderful time on the paddle boards and kayaks. We spent each evening in the downstairs patio around the fire. We will definitely be returning! "
