"The reception was extremely helpful with all our queries even before we got to the property and really helped make sure we had a comfortable stay. The apartment came with amazing views and the basic necessities. The pool was a very nice size and kept clean for us to enjoy. We also booked a horse riding lesson which was with a great instructor and I’d highly recommend a ride if you have the time. Thanks for the hospitality! "

Die Betreuung durch Roberto immer nett und sehr zeitnah.Wir würden uns für die Zukunft über Auflagen für die Liegen an der Wohnung freuen. Falls irgendwann mal die Matratze im Doppelbett getauscht würde, wären zwei einzelne Matratzen besser. Dann wird man nicht wach, wenn die andere Person sich dreht oder aufsteht."

"We loved staying in this ancient apartment! We ended up spending 5 weeks living here. The master bedroom at the top was our favorite!! The kitchen was great, the downstairs shower had fantastic water pressure, the neighborhood was beautiful, the neighbors were quiet, we felt safe, and we really were impressed by the fabulous communication we had with the hosts before and during our stay. They were simply lovely."

"Das Haus war wie beschrieben, typisch toskanisch. Die Sonnenauf- und untergänge waren wunderbar. Die Landschaft war sehr schön, das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Marillia war eine sehr angenehme Gastgeberin. Castellfirorentino eignet sich sehr gut zum erkunden der Toskana, da es zentral zu den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen."

"Leuk en mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht. Klein zwembadje (niet verwarmd) met een leuk terras. Het huis is authentiek ingericht, met mooie meubels. En met een mooie oude authentieke trap. De matrassen van de bedden zijn een beetje hard. Het huis is goed schoongemaakt en ruikt fris. Op elke kamer is airco. De keuken is voorzien van vaatwasser, oven en grote koelkast. Vuilnis moet zelf aan de straat worden gezet, gesorteerd, 200a300 meter bergopwaarts. Het huis ligt mooi gelegen, vlakbij Gambassi...

"Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and host."

"Die Ferienwohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer perfekten, ruhigen und zugleich schönen Lage. Der Pool stellt ein besonderes Highlight dar und bietet Erholung pur. Wohnung und gesamte Anlage sind äußerst gepflegt – ein idealer Ort für einen entspannten Aufenthalt."

"Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum verweilen. Hier kann man wortwörtlich die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir würden mehr als 5 Sterne geben, wenn wir könnten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es ist wahnsinnig liebevoll mit vielen kleinen Details eingerichtet. Dazu ist der Pool mit der Aussicht einfach das I-Tüpfelchen oben drauf. Auch ist Marilia eine wahnsinnig zu vorkommende Persönlichkeit. Wir haben uns durch ihre liebevolle Art und Weise gleich wohl gefühlt. Auch hat sie sich Zeit genommen...

"This is a beautiful property in a fabulous location for a family getaway. We loved our little walk to the bakery in the mornings and to the pizza restaurant in the evenings. I could contact Agnese very easily throughout our stay who was very helpful and very friendly. We’re already talking about staying again."

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden Schönes Apartment, toller Pool. Ruhige Umgebung, etwas abgelegen aber hat uns nicht gestört Mit dem Auto kann man in etwa 20 Minuten alles nötige erreichen "

"Für 1 Woche in der Toskana hatten wir zu zweit einen guten Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa und Cecina gefunden. Die Einrichtung ist recht einfach und ein bisschen veraltet. Den Pool und die Tischtennisplatte hatten wir für uns alleine und waren damit ein absolutes Highlight. Zum Einkaufen waren wir schnell in Montaione ansonsten ging es immer eine Weile über kurvige italienische Landstraßen bis man eine größere Straße oder sein Ziel erreicht."

"Gorgeous property in a Tuscan hill-top village. The house is just incredible. Lovely and cool, due to all the ancient stone, but with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Fantastic showers - really powerful - and a much-needed plunge pool for when we needed relief from the heat. The location of the house is perfect. Supermarket and bars/restaurants/wine-tasting all within walking distance. "

"Foi incrivel ficar no La Controra! Fiquei 6 dias e amei a estrutura e as pessoas. Perto tem uma estaçao de metrô que dá acesso a outras partes da cidade. Café da manhã excelente e cozinha boa. Fiz ótimas amizades :)"

"From the moment you step in you feel the warmth and kindness from the staff, and the attention to detail is notable in every corner of the hotel. It was a fantastic experience, exploring the Tuscan countryside, while enjoying a superb property. Most of the food is locally produced, with natural and organic ingredients. The rooms are sumptuous, with comfy beds, high quality linen and all the perks one could wish for a relaxing city scape! The restaurant Golpaja serves amazing food, special thanks to Francesca and Simona who made our stay even more special. This is indeed an unique property and the staff really make you feel part of the Petriolo family. Hope to be back real soon! "
