"We were celebrating our daughter’s 18th birthday with her friends and she is hitting the Appalachian Trail next year so she wanted to attend Trail Days. This cabin was a perfect place for both celebrating and getting much needed rest after a long day. My only suggestion is that you upgrade your pics because they do not do the cabin’s beauty justice. "

"As the description says, this is a tiny cabin. But we found it plenty spacious for two adults for two nights -- we could have spent a week there. The gas grill on the porch was a very nice amenity and the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking necessities. It's very convenient to Grayson Highlands which was more beautiful than expected. Places to eat and shopping are pretty limited so it's probably best to stock up on food and drinks on your way in."

"We enjoyed the privacy and the property was well appointed. Some of the guidance docs were hard to follow but nothing that impacted our stay. If you’re going fishing, just walk around the gated complex of hatchery ponds to pick up the trail. It’s not obvious the first time. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quite the cottage had to offer. The porches surround three sides of the building nestled in the woods/mountains of TN. The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired. "Our family stayed here for a week and loved it. Tatiana was a great host, and she very graciously allowed our younger children to take a tour of her small farm, and feed/pet the animals. The owners lived close by and are there if you need them, but also give you space. The property is full of all kinds of creatures, sheep, pigs, rabbits, deer, ducks, and feels like a Peter Rabbit storybook. "Great stay again this year. The house is exactly what we need. We are on the lake all and the house is convenient to the many areas we hang out at on the water. Delta Blues at Laurel Marina is wonderful. We did grill a lot again this year and had big breakfast each morning. New cookware and extra serving bowls is greatly needed. "To say this property was quiet and peaceful is an understatement. We throughly enjoyed our visit. The host is so kind and responsive. The place was so clean and beautiful. The cabin had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. My husband loved the brown chair in the living room. "From entering the cabin, to the time we left, we were met with a warm cozy spirit. The place was clean and smelt pleasant, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "We had a great time here. It’s close to Abingdon, Damascus, and the Creeper Trail. My wife went down and had a wonderful time kayaking on the water with her kayak. The kitchen had everything we needed and the Blackstone was a hit with the kids for multiple meals. Looking forward to returning!"

"We stayed here on our family vacation. The house was amazing. There were 6 of us staying there and more than enough room. We found so many things to do from the kids playing in the river, fishing, or just relaxing on one of the decks. I couldn’t recommend a stay here enough. Thank you again!!!
