In the entryway we have a half bath with one toilet and sink. Our kitchen is fully stocked with top notch appliances and is well maintained.
Our TVs are smart and WIFI is available.
Our master bedroom on the main or ground floor has a king bed and one murphy bed. A Murphy bed is two twin beds, one tucked under the other to be pulled out and used at any time or tucked under the other twin any time it needs to be out of the way. The master bedroom also has a comfy recliner and direct access to the deck with amazing views. Enjoy the master bathroom that has a spacious shower, two sinks (one with a filtered water spicket) and of course a toilet for your use.
The Second Bedroom is downstairs and also sports a king bed. The downstairs bathroom is conveniently located just across the hall.
Our Third Bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed. This downstairs bedroom is also just across the hall from the downstairs full bathroom.
The common area downstairs has comfy seating, a queen/twin bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa has a brand new memory foam mattress!
The washer and dryer are also downstairs.
Please note that this home has a driveway that circles the house. You may park your car at the back door to unload luggage that needs to be downstairs and you may park at the front door to unload groceries and luggage that need to be in the upper level of the house.
We have made a GAME ROOM for you! The detached garage has been converted to a game room with a second refrigerator, bar area, kids toys such as matchbox cars, my little ponies, ring toss, corn hole, air hockey and foosball. Feel free to open the garage doors to let in the breeze and take in the views as you enjoy the bar area and selection of games.
Don`t forget to pick up firewood! If fire regulations do not prohibit burning you are welcome to use the fire pit!
