"I really enjoyed my stay on the boat. Quiet, serene with ducks, geese and other birds to listen to. Finding it was easy as the host had very specific directions and descriptions. I liked being able to use the dock showers as boat shower are always too small. There's even a sitting area above with various gardens to relax at. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The washer dryer did not work, the couch was cheap and not comfortable, the location is behind a 24/7 all night massage parlor and on the second to last day my apartment was almost broken into and the tenants next door were broken into and had to board up their windows with plywood abd when I reached out to the landlord during the emergency theyvweee unavailable and I had to leave in evening for a hotel because the other tenant told me the location always no longer safe. "The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc."
