"Colton was an excellent host!!!!! His communication was quick and professional! The boathouse is s great thing to experience if you haven't done so! For the age of the boat it still was in excellent condition! The view of the water is absolutely stunning!!! Just bring extra blankets or comforter with you cause it does get cold from being right on the water but other than thst the trip was perfect!"

"Great stay overall! The location is unbeatable, right on PCH, making it easy to enjoy the ocean and walking trail. The property was very clean, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The pool could have been better maintained during our visit, and we did wish there was a jacuzzi for a more relaxing experience. Parking near the rooms is limited, but there is additional parking available on the property, which was helpful. We loved staying here and would happily come back!"

"This is a micro establishment and the owners are attentive and considerate. The units are beautifully designed and spotless. The surrounding area is rustic and laid back. There is easy access from the units to the beach and a great center with a brewery, market, and restaurants. We were sad to have to leave after one night. This would be a great place to decompress for a few days days "

"Solid place to stay for a Superbowl / Golf trip. As shown in the pictures you are right across the street from the Pacific. Great views and close to the city."
