Primary bedroom has queen sized bed

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed a twin bed and a twin trundle bed

Bathroom 2 is en suite w/shower/tub combo
Bathroom 3 has entry door from bedroom with a walk in shower/glass door and also has an entry door from the hallway.

☆ Additional owner rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in separate from the booking platform.

☆Our unit is NOT ocean front but DOES provide a beautiful view of the water. Our unit is not wheelchair accessible and no refunds can be made if elevator is out of order. Guest must be able to use stairs to access the third floor of the building where the condo is located.

☆Our 3 BR, 3 Bath condo is on the third floor which provides a beautiful view of the water. The building is third row, staggered with a quick 5 min walk to the beach access.

☆Only motor vehicles such as cars, pickup trucks and motorcycles are allowed to be parked in the lot.

☆ A basic starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack.
