Come and relax in our 4-bedroom, 2 bath house at the coveted "Point" in Emerald Isle! "Sea Our Point" is waiting to host your family's beach vacation this season. Enjoy panoramic views of the dunes and beach from both levels of spacious decks, and you may spot deer and rabbits romping in the expansive dunes behind the house.

Two King bedrooms on the second level offer walk-outs to the upper deck and 43" smart TVs, and even the upstairs bathroom offers a gorgeous view of the dunes and beach! On the main level, a Queen room has a 43" smart TV and view of the dunes from the bed. An additional bedroom has 2 twin beds, perfect for the kids. Bright and airy decor brings the essence of the beach inside, and you'll enjoy Spectrum high-speed internet and cable on 4 large televisions! A quaint, iron spiral staircase to the second floor entices you to pack simply - after all, what would you need besides your swimsuit, shades and flip-flops? Polywood furniture on the house decks and picnic tables on the dune-deck are perfect for lounging in the coastal breeze!

"Sea Our Point" is owned by Don Wright of Midlothian, VA, and managed by longtime friends Ken Dehnel and Helen Ramazio, who live locally in Emerald Isle. We are well-seasoned with short-term rentals, and ready to assist you as you plan your visit!

Our First Vacation at Emerald Isle

The house was great! My husband loved it! There were 7 of us three adults and four kids. The house had plenty of room for all of us! We did need at least one more bathroom with the 4 kids. Loved the open floor plan with the kitchen and dining area! Overall we all loved the house and the beach wasnā€™t crowded and it was a wide open beach! Loved it!

Excellent Stay at Sea Our Point

Our family enjoyed a fabulous stay at The Point! The house had everything we needed for meals, relaxation, games, and more to enjoy our week away. The view from both decks was outstanding, and the beach was spacious and uncrowded, even during a Holiday weekend. If you love Emerald Isle and the Crystal Coast, I highly recommend!

First visit to Emerald Isle!

We have stayed at many beaches, but this was an amazing stay. Location, check in/out, communication, home, view- ALL of it. The house was super clean, beds were comfy. 10/10 recommend!! Loved seeing the deer right outside, unbothered.

Beach Home - Well cared for and it shows!

Most beach houses have an air of "realtor managed" about them, with a generic feeling (almost like a chain restaurant, which has it's ambiance screwed to the walls). This property is clearly not that. From the overall great condition of the home (well cared for, maintained) to the quality of the cookware (matching sets of dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, cutting boards, whisks, baking dishes), our stay was absolutely enjoyable. We enjoyed the unique art, the good selection of games, as well as the double decks with *comfortable* chairs. The view is spectacular, the short hike to the beach was actually a welcome bit of exercise, and a great chance to see some local wildlife (there is a young deer who lives in the dunes that we saw almost every day!).We also appreciate that there is plenty of room (very useful on a rainy day) for various indoor activities. The table seats 6, but with 2 stools from the island being at perfect height, we were able to sit all 8 of us without hassle (granted, we had 2 under 10). We appreciate the clear and quick communication, and we very much look forward to coming back!

Let the good times roll

Great house on the beach with views all the way to the Caribbean. Ease of living, fun times swimming and surfing, great dinners in and out at the Fish Shack, lovely neighborhood, bird watching, kite flying. Highly recommend.

The property was as advertised, four bedrooms, pleasant rooms, good kitchen. The distance to the beach was long; it was easier to use the public access two doors away. October is always pleasant at Emerald Isle.

Wonderful neighborhood

Wonderful place to visit. Exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed walking in the neighborhood in the mornings. All of the people we saw were friendly. There is a great walking/bike path at the entrance so my only regret is that I didn't pack my bike!!

Boomers Friends Reunion

This property was a perfect fit for our group of 6, 3 couples. We spent all of our time on the beach and cooked all meals. Enjoyed the brand new Weber grill. We had lots of fun and fellowship and would definitely come back. The decks and walkway are wonderful. Beach access wasnā€™t bad and it was really cool being at the very end of the island. Lots of shells and Lots of fun was had by all.

Great location!

Sea Our Point has all the basics for a week at the beach. There were a few minor issues: the ice maker is broken and a remote control is missing from the fan/light in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Ken and Helen though were super responsive to all our requests!

Wonderful Week

We enjoyed a very nice week at Sea Our Point the third week of June with our family of 5. Communication with Ken was fantastic. We had no issues while there, but Ken was very quick to answer all of my questions before arrival. Plenty of room for us all to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed. The homeowners probably need to replace the can opener soon as we had a hard time getting it to clamp down. There are no beach towels or hair dryers at the property, but since I had inquired about these before arrival, we brought our own. The walk out to the beach is quite long, but beautiful and we had no problems traversing the massive dunes. The property is ocean front and the beach is expansive and beautiful. We would stay at this property again. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Quite Adequate

Good House with spectacular views. Bit of a hike to Beach. BBQ Grille was a wreck but Owner responded with replacement, which was not functioning very well. Overall, we would return. Owner is very accommodating & gracious.

Perfect spot

We came for a short fall break getaway. House was the perfect location for fishing and exploring the beach with multiple age kids. We could all come and go as we pleased without having to worry about driving out onto the beach to fish or coming in for a short lunch break. Beautiful house, great views, easy access to the beach, and plenty of space. Kitchen had everything I need to cook for 3 days with 6 kids! Thank you for sharing your home!

The Best Family Vacation

This was my first time to vacation with my grandchildren ages 5-14. Sea Our Point was a beautiful place to call home for a short 7 days! The view and air off the ocean from our balcony was awesome and my favorite place to sit in the Morganā€™s evening. Be careful at night when going down the stairs to the boardwalk out to the beach. My daughter in-law missed the last step on our first night and suffered with a twisted ankle in a boot for the week... the walk up and over two dunes to the beach is long. The public access n one house down is longer, but not so much a hill. We found lots of shells up on the point! Emerald Isle is beautiful and family friendly. If you need bikes, Isle Cycle was awesome! We would stay at Sea Our Point again! Kathy

Beautiful Location

Great location at one of the best beaches in NC! A few burnt out bulbs and an inconsistent ceiling fan but hey, first world problems. Ken, was excellent to work with and his prompt replies made communication a breeze. Would certainly rent again.
