"The staff was wonderful!"

"The room they gave us was awful. Smelled very musty. Asked for a different room and that room was fine. Water pressure in the shower was low. The continental breakfast was not great. Only cereal or oatmeal, bagel, toast, muffins, coffee and juice. For the money you pay for a room I feel the breakfast should be a lot better."

"The room could have been cleaner, I always travel with cleaning supplies so I do my own ,but the hotel should leave broom and dust pan in rooms cause of the sand from the beach. And I have to ask for clean sheets and pillows cases because of the stain. You all should use bleach. And I did see a roach definitely had to get spray for that. Oh and coffee pot in lobby needs to be wash out before refilling it. But the restaurant food was great. Nice location just needs more staff to clean better."

"Let me first say the staff was very nice. I checked into 1 room and th bathroom was filthy. The toilet seat was stained and the room was stuffy. I asked to switch rooms but the 2nd room had a smoky smell, and the bathroom was not as dirty as the first but I did go out and buy cleaning products and whoa! the bathroom was dirtier than I thought. The room constantly fluctuated between freezing and muggy. The sink stopper was not working so I stuck a straw between the drain and the stopper so that...

"I didn't get a chance to stay at the hotel. Because I got a email 3 hours before being at the hotel. Saying my room was cancelled. Try calling them 12 times and no answer. So not a good place to do business with. I'm glad I haven't left."

"This was the nastiest hotel Ive ever stayed in. I would have left had it not been late and I hadn't prepaid. I work on the area but live two hours away so I was too exhausted to drive. This property is a mess. It is dirty, needs repairs, unsightly. The room had stained carpet broken and sticky TV remote, torn curtains, lipstick on the washcloths, and the most stained shower floor Ive ever seen. Gross. I dont.know how Econo Lodge associates their name with this property or why they are even...

"The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable."
