"New hotel, still lots of things to take care of. I was placed in the wrong room, the lady at the front desk was trying to convince me that I wrong. After settling down I was offered my proper room, was told that their booking application don't communicate properly. I found people in my room when I came back from morning swim, they were not communicating with me why. The area around hotel is still under construction. Plesent, clean hotel, but very basic for Hyatt."

"There is no individual room air conditioning and the staff said it was set at 68 which is impossible as the room was at 75 with my thermometer. Huge gap below the door so had to plug it for the night. Bathroom toilet seat was stained and burned. Floor was gritty and there were spill stains on the wall. The whole building is not maintained. Never again."

"Pet friendly. Near main strip, lots of dining short walk away. Room was spacious, clean. Cameras everywhere, security; felt safer than other places in Thunder bay. Great breakfast spread/ many options."

"If I could give cleanliness and amenities 0 stars I would. There were garbage bags at the top of every staircase which had to be used due to the elevator being out of service. The room we were given had blood stained sheets, mystery fluid on the wall and a unkept bathroom. The front desk gentlemen was very accommodating and tried his best to help however the issues were beyond his control. Would not recommend staying here if you value a clean environment."

"We found that the bathroom, while clean, didn’t have the amenities we have found in other Hampton Inns. The toilet paper holder was not very conveniently placed and we ended up putting the roll on the counter. Breakfast, while there were plenty of options, had issues. The omelettes seemed fake and the waffle maker was a challenge to use. More time was spent trying to peel the waffle off the cooking plates. Maybe there should be some cooking spray to help make it easier to use. The toasters...

"I had the worse experience dealing with this property. I booked this hotel through expedia and paid directly through their website. I let expedia know well in advance that I won't be able to make it to the booking due to personal reasons. I waited nearly 4 days as expedia tried to contact this property to cancel my reservation and see if I can get any refund, but they received no response from the property management.
