We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Embrun, this charming flat, 3 stars, of a surface of 71 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 29 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 29 m² living room, very bright, with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- A shower room with shower and WC

Outside :
- A 14 m² south-facing balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the view of the mountains

For even more comfort : iron and ironing board, fibre optic internet, table and chairs on the balcony, plancha.

The flat is ideally located in Embrun, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in a small residence. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
