"The property has a lots of positives but if you've got mobility issues it's probably not the best choice. They're unable to guarantee a parking spot so its a gamble about whether you can get one or not. Lucky enough to secure one of the few disabled spots but the closest lift had 4 stairs up and 4 down to the lift. Luckily my Mum has a walker and not wheelchair as not sure how would've managed otherwise. But overall the signage was poor and no real direction from staff. Would look for other...

After showering in over bath shower the water retained in the bath making conditions very slippery to get out and the water remained in the bath for a few hours very slowly draining away. I considered this somewhat dangerous to use because of the slippery bath. The second bathroom hand basin did not have a plug and again the water was not draining.
