This sun-drenched Villa Sonnenschein showcases the unique natural stone style. This villa is located in a purely residential area in Els Poblets, Costa Blanca. The beach road, "Las Marinas" is known for its 15 km length and numerous different beaches. Here you will find the impressive, dreamlike sandy beaches to the natural beaches, stone beach and pebble beach. Everything is in the immediate vicinity. It is only 700 m to the centre of Els Poblets and 8 km to the centre of the district town of Dénia. There you will find the harbour with the ferry to the Balearic Islands and many other excursion possibilities. Els Poblets is located halfway between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (approx. 100 km). You can simply choose the cheaper airport.
You can also easily reach us by car via the AP7 motorway exit Ondara/Dénia. This is probably safer than travelling by plane during the pandemic. Many guests use this option.

It has a gas hob and electric oven. The spacious living area with its large sofa area invites you to linger. The beautiful conservatory will also provide you with pleasant, relaxing hours. The holiday home has a private saltwater pool. The entire complex is wheelchair-accessible and senior-friendly on the ground floor. Many aids such as a care bed and hoist can be booked and make the holiday home attractive for those with more severe disabilities. Special features The natural stones used with the large climate converters regulate such a pleasant, even room climate, as well as the special beds will give you restful nights.
