"Cabin on the water was lovely & the balcony a great feature although needed an umbrella & seat cushions. Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again."

"Very well maintained property. Very clean, spacious and quiet. Close to lovely broadway high street. The beds were very comfortable. All the check in instructions were very clear and it was a very smooth process. The host gave very accurate directions for getting to the car park. We ordered food from a local Thai restaurant which was delivered accurately to the location too. We really enjoyed our stay. We travelled with my elderly mum and she really appreciated the property. "We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended."

"Don’t judge a book by its cover! Although this apartment looks small and bland from the street, open the door and it’s a lovely, spacious, light filled place.I liked it very much. The furnishings were great and the decor colourful. It has a good shower room and the bedroom is a good size. It also has a very nice patio leading off the sitting/dining area.
