"Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere.
Booking online on their direct site was giving us a challenge until we booked through Expedia and from here we had no issues.
There is not fitness room so that was sad and no iron.

"Excellent experience in rural Nakuru. This hotel has a retreat feel from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. Wonderful and respectful staff. Excellent dinning options with good variety of local cuisine and fresh fruits + vegetables. Entire meal has a farm to table feel to it. Clean rooms though the shower hotel hot water regulation can be a bit finicky. Fantastic experience all round."

The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The food variety is basic but cooked well and hygienic. We had a great time and they really looked after us. We can only say a big thank you and we look forward to staying with you again."
"Personnels attentionnés, chaleureux et disponibles pour répondre aux questions. Cet endroit se situe à mi-chemin entre le lac Nakuru et Naivasha, donc excellent emplacement pour visiter ces 2 endroits. A environ 2h30 de Nairobi. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel va nous manquer, car leur gentillesse est mémorable. Bravo!"
"The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us practice our Swahili. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in house restaurant which was delicious. Our room was great and had everything we needed. We were also able to park in the reserved hotel parking out the front and the security helped us with our bags too. We had a great stay here and will hopefully be back next time we visit Nakuru!"
