"The smell of cleaning solution or something is unbelievably overwhelming when you walk in the place. The room itself smelled mildew-like. I asked to be in a quiet room and was out right by the back door, the door to the stairs and the laundry room which was a source of literal constant slamming every 30 seconds all day and night, it was like torture. I messaged the hotel but no one responded though they responded about the Wi-Fi password, so they did get the message. The shower was pretty lame,...

"The air conditioning unit smelled mildewed and didn’t seem to blow as cold as it should. I was not hot but it was just cool and I had it set on 68. The mildew smell was the biggest issue. "

"The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. Our room was very nice and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and we all slept like a baby. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Aloft hotels again!!! "
