"Carlos was extremely communicative and answered any questions I had before and during our stay. The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were able to park our two cars, one with a trailer attached, without any issues. The neighborhood was quiet. We ate breakfast at Larema Coffee House in the morning which we would highly recommend. It was a perfect stopping point on our way to the Outer Banks! Thank you!"

"Excellent room. Great in room amenities. Feels more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. Extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean. This is a self service hotel. If you are on the second floor be prepared for a long flight of stairs. There is no elevator. Met the owner on my way in. Great lady. We had a lovely chat, she is doing great things to revitalize the city. Gracious and happy to offer recommendations on dining. "

"Very spacious home. Beds are comfortable and linens are clean. Numerous common areas available with TVs, games, activities, etc. Kitchen has limited prep space and the expected “let’s see what we have to work with” set of equipment. I can never fault the owner for not stocking the kitchen with every possible tool… they have the necessities. Home sits on a beautifully landscaped lot at end of a cul de sac and the neighborhood is clean and quiet. FYI: three bedrooms (the queen, double bunk beds...

"So much to say about this property. First of all i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was looking to get away from everything for a weekend and this was the perfect fix. This property is not for everyone but it was perfect for me. Let me clear up a few things that are confusing on expedia. Zebulon N. Carolina is in the middle of no where. You are 12 to 20 minutes from bars, restaurants, and walmart. If you know that going in your better off. The property has a beautiful bar fully stocked...

"Very cute and nostalgic place to gather with our family for the weekend. We enjoy all the history of the place. Everything was very clean and well kept. "

"There is so much, day one the couch collapsed, unsecured shed in the back that was never shown in advertising, sewer lines backed up, we had to go to McDonalds to use the bathroom. We had to put our pets on flea medication because the backyard was not maintained, the leaves and moisture causes growth of all sorts of things back there.
