In a perfect location, right in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental and only a stone's throw away from the Hartkaiserbahn - http: // skiellmau. at!

Our recently renovated apartment has three bedrooms and an additional sofa bed in the living room for kids. It was furnished with great attention to detail in modern alpine chic and captivates with a mixture of tradition and modern times.

The living room with a cozy tiled stove and fireplace, large sofa, wing chair and dining area invites you to relax or have a fun game night with friends and family. The living room leads to the furnished terrace and the large garden. Nothing stands in the way of a breakfast in the sun or a nice barbecue evening.

In the large kitchen there are all the accessories and equipment you need for cooking for our guests. The apartment has numerous amenities that you are used to from home. From free WiFi, to a 55 inch TV, to your own washing machine (on request) in the basement, everything is there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A high chair from Stokke - Trip Trap is on site for the kids.

The apartment is in an idyllic 3-family house. Two of the three rooms are on the ground floor and have a separate shared bathroom with bathtub and a separate guest toilet. The third guest room is in the basement, accessible via the staircase and also has its own bathroom with toilet and shower.

Ellmau - a jewel hidden between the Kitzbüheler Alpen and the skiing and hiking area of the Wilder Kaiser. The summer as well as the winter landscape make every summiteer's and holidaymaker's heart beat faster. Nature lovers get their money's worth in every season and families can sink together in the charm of the Alpine panorama.

The love for the mountains has moved us to turn our apartment into a small holiday home for young and old. We warmly welcome you to the Ellmau community.

Whether you are a leisurely e-bike rider or a mountain biker addicted to altitude, everyone in the Wilder Kaiser area will get their taste.
In winter, young and old, extreme athletes and hut sun tankers meet in Austria's largest ski area - the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental!

Very good
Overall it is an excellent property, however, only one downside (which I will come to). The property is very clean, tidy and large. The kitchen is very good, with excellent appliances and utensils. Main shower room and toilet have been recently upgraded and are excellent. Location is superb. Only 15min walk to the Hartkaiserbahn. The A and B bus stops at the top of the Au road, which halves the journey. Bus if often busy in peak season as it’s the last stop before the Hartkaiser bahn. We rented a locker at the Hartkaiserbahn, which meant the walk was fine for us even with young kids. You can also walk the back way to the Spar or across the fields to Ellmau. Only downside was that we were there at a busy time and the hot water ran out in the evening 3 times. By morning it was boiling hot again but it only got lukewarm by the late evening. Also, I’m not sure that the 3rd bedroom (in the basement) had a key but this appeared to be in a “common area” with the buildings boiler and a washing room. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Huis prima. Alles aanwezig. Buiten Ellmau waardoor de skibus iets verder is. Huis is richting gondel Ellmau. Prima te lopen zonder skischoenen naar het centrum. Spar vlakbij!

1 week stay for family of 4.
Spacious apartment within ~400m from closest ski lift. Several restaurants as well as food store are also in walking distance, so you can actually stay without car. Gorgeous views. We visited Austria for the first time, and like it so much, that we would like to visit it again. I'd recommend this apartment for everyone.

Top Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung liegt im EG und Souterrain und ist absolut Top ausgestattet. Ankommen, Koffer auspacken und einfach wohlfühlen. Es fehlt in der Wohnung an nichts, eine Gemütliche Küche, ein schönes großes WZ mit einem Kachelofen und einem Kamin und einer großen gemütlichen Couch. Da die Wohnung sehr Zentral liegt, ist alles sehr schnell zu erreichen ca 5 min bis ins Dorf und zum Supermarkt. Wir sind auch sehr auch freundlich begrüßt worden und auch im weiteren , wenn Probleme auftraten oder Fragen waren sind diese innerhalb kurzer Zeit sofort erledigt worden. In diesem Sinne ein großen Dank an unsere Vermieterin Lissy. Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub und es ist uns sehr schwer gefallen wieder nach Hause zu fahren. Wir kommen sicher einmal wieder. Im Urlaub wie zuhause
Die Ferienwohnung hat wirklich alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie war sehr gemütlich und wunderschön eingerichtet.Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt .Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Ski-Lift und ins Dorf kommt man auch ganz schnell . Zu 5 Personen haben wir ausreichend Platz gehabt .Der Kamin hat nochmal extra Gemütlichkeit reingebracht und lud zum entspannen ein. Von der Terasse hatten wir eiben traumhaften Blick auf die Berge . Es war einfach der Hammer :)

Wow überwältigend
Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was das Herz begehrt, von Parkplätzen bis zu einem wunderbaren Kamin... sehr viel Platz für 6 Personen. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, viel liebe zum Detail. Gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Ellmau und kommen sicher wieder.
