Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). Communication from Hanif prior to check was prompt and responsive. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend it to others."

"Fantastic stay. I received a warm welcome and was informed of the history of the main house and given informationabout breakfast and the relaxing bar area. Breakfast orders are taken the evening before, and my order was delivered to the dining room at exactly the time ordered (it was hot, fresh and delicious). There are cereals etc already in the room. "This is not a conventional hotel but rather a guest house with a fascinating history and purpose. It is run as a charity with a worthwhile purpose and deserves business but just know what you are getting. No question I would go back. Seafront view marvelous. "

"Room had amazing view into Carrow Road (Norwich City grounds), was really comfortable and was close to a small shopping centre with several choices. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good, best buffet style I've had in a while with it all tasting perfectly cooked and fresh. Not too far from city centre by car/taxi but away from the hustle and bustle of it. Would definitely stay here again."
